Project Management is an important
part of providing strategic solutions for managing document
translation. Once we’ve
conducted a thorough Needs Analysis at the start of
each business relationship, and begin our first project,
our Project Managers assume the role of leading the
project.
In conjunction with leading the project, a Project
Manager resolves project-related technical issues, including
software and hardware compatibility issues and terminology
questions. He or she manages every stage of the project,
monitoring translation, proofreading and formatting
to ensure that the project is in line with the client's
