As the Office Manager, Shannyn is responsible for managing all aspects of office coordination, as well as providing assistance for accounting. As a member of the Operations Department, she also interacts with the entire company, performing various critical support functions.

Shannyn graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where she earned her B.A. in Theater. Prior to joining Iverson, Shannyn worked as a Volunteer Coordinator and Adoption Counselor for the Humane Society, where she oversaw the duties of the volunteer staff and managed the pet adoption process.

Originally from Green Bay, Shannyn, her husband and their son currently reside near Milwaukee. Her outside interests include sewing, design, fiber arts, animals and travel; she and her family would someday like to tour Ireland.
