As the Production Manager, Roxanne is responsible for managing and overseeing the production of projects handled within Iverson. She works to ensure that services are rendered on time, at the right price and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Roxanne is heavily involved in heading the daily production process including leading project planning, providing support and direction to the team, approving quotes and assisting with process improvement. Before taking on the Production Manager role, Roxanne was an Account Manager and also a Senior Project Manager for Iverson.

Roxanne is a graduate of the all-women Alverno College in Milwaukee where she earned a B.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Philosophy. Roxanne was student speaker at her graduation and opened her commencement speech with, “why did the chicken cross the road…”

A native of Milwaukee, Roxanne's spent three years working in New York after graduation and her current interests include bicycling, brunching, and her dad’s tavern Mugshotz. She has a daughter Mabel and two cats, Bushwick and Bed-stuy. Her favorite places to travel are Canada and back “home” to Brooklyn.
