client achieve their short and long-term goals, to maximize
efficiencies and to ensure a positive return on the
investment made when working with the company.
Experience
The professional experience and background of the
staff is a key component to the success of the organization.
- Experience: combined, the staff has over
60 years of experience working with translation.
- Master's Degree: 1 in 4 of the on-site employees
has a master's degree in translation.
- Foreign Study: 60% of the staff has studied
language, business and culture in a foreign country
while completing undergraduate work. These countries

We also employ two foreign nationals,
who earned their graduate degrees in the United States.
- Linguists: we use a network of 500 plus
native-speaking, pre-qualified professional translators,
as well as a team of 17 quality control editors. All
quality control editors complete two levels of in-depth
training and follow our proprietary 80-step review
process.
- Foreign Languages: 70% of the employees are
proficient in one or more foreign languages in addition
to their native language. These languages include
Chammoro, French, German, Italian, Latvian, Spanish and
Tagalog.
- Industry Expertise: all key employees are
certified in the use of SDLX translation memory tools,
making Iverson the first company in North America
to achieve this status.
- Memberships: staff members hold memberships
and are active in industry organizations such as the
American Translators Association (ATA), the Society
for Technical Communication (STC), the American Society
for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Association
