As Quality Team Lead, Gina is responsible for performing reviews for complex jobs and clients, managing the team of quality reviewers and managing the review process on projects. She is directly involved in devising, implementing and maintaining training programs for the group, as well as monitoring the performance of and continuously improving our processes.

Prior to beginning her position at Iverson as Quality Team Lead, Gina was a primary Quality Reviewer for the company for the last two years. Before her days here at Iverson, Gina received her BA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Gina has traveled to the Czech Republic, Australia, Mexico and Fiji.  She also studied French. Gina’s hobbies include reading, walking, and swimming, researching and trying new restaurants. She currently resides in Milwaukee.
