As a Senior Project Manager, Andris is responsible for management and development of tier-one clients. He is directly involved in managing each project from start to finish, focusing on excellent customer service, and on-time delivery. In this position, Andris works to continuously improve the project management process, and mentor project managers. Andris is SDL Certified.

Prior to joining Iverson, Andris spent 15 years with an internationally known musical instrument manufacturing company, where he was responsible for overseeing their wholly-owned subsidiary in France. He also spent 10 years as an official with the EU in Brussels and worked for British Customs. Originally from London, England, Andris speaks French and Latvian fluently.

Throughout the course of his career, Andris has authored and published nine books on military history, and enjoys both the writing and research aspects of this pursuit. In his free time, he enjoys jazz music, and golf. His favorite country to visit is Latvia, where most of his family currently resides. He would someday like to visit Hungary, to gain a first hand account of its history.

Andris currently lives in Milwaukee with his family, two cats and dog. His personal motto is, "Always be prepared for the curveballs that life throws you."
