Iverson Language Associates, Inc. was founded in 1986, and incorporated in 1987. Initially, Iverson offered foreign language instruction to corporate clients in French, German and Spanish. But as the market for translation grew, the company grew with it. Soon the demand for translation and formatting (desktop publishing), outweighed the demand for language instruction. In order to focus on this emerging market, Iverson limited language instruction to corporate groups. What began as a part-time operation grew into a thriving business.

Today, the company’s focus is on providing strategic solutions for managing document translation. The company consists of three departments: Client Services, Sales and Marketing and Operations. Each group is critical to the success of the company, and shares a common focus of managing document translation. To clients, this means working with a group of people who are motivated, knowledgeable and focused on producing excellent work.
